SOS // STRATEGIES of SOLIDARTY
& PROFESSORS OF THE LIVED EXPERIENCE
Module overview:
In this module of online video-based learning you will meet a selection of Professors of the Lived Experience (PLE) to whom you wish to be of service. These leaders are from three separate, but linked, experiences of crimes against human rights in Central and South America. You will be in the privileged position to receive feedback from frontline communities and find answers to the practical requests that they have made. Through self-reflection and self-analysis, as well as consultation with existing solidarity networks, you as an active agent in the field of conflict will have to decide where and how you are best placed to help secure justice. This module will challenge you to identify your unique power and privileges, as well as ask you to discern how to channel them to their highest potential.
